Looks like the Heritage Style Handlebar part number that fits the 08 and later FLHRC is 56902-08 for $79.95 in the 2009 HD Parts and Accessory Catalog. Says that no additional lines or cables are required.

Just a thought, have you tried adjusting the bars so they lean back toward you slightly? The first thing I do with my bikes when I get them is to adjust the bars so that they fit my riding position. If you like the bars you might look a pull back risers instead of new bars.

I installed the heritage bars, on my 05 Road Glide,the pull back is perfect and the height is just right,stock seat,and am 5'11". my arms are straight out,and i dont get sore,anymore between the shoulder blades,,

Do Heritage bars fit bikes with fairings (other than the RG- because I see from a previous post that they do fit the RG)??
