Handle bar align?.

When I'm cruising on straight line, it's seem like my handle bar is not straight across of 90* angle of the front wheel, look like it can be adjust it back to where I wanted by loosing a bolt and slide the whole handle bar up and set it back down litlle bit to the left/right right?, or there's more to it?.

If you loosen the riser bolts a few turns, then reposition the bars, re tighten the bolts, it should do the job. Very common complaint.

This happens to me about once a year, easy fix, just like Glider said.
