Hand held computer enough for Pro Tuner?

I have a Screamin Eagle Pro tuner w/ Smart Tune and what I can't find out is the memory requirements for running this software in a handheld computer like a Palm TX or a Dell Axim X5. I thought if I could run this software with something smaller than my laptop I would. Thanks for your time!

I am not an expert but this is what I have found with a google search.

It looks like the operating system is going to determine which computer you have to use. The Palm TX and the Dell Axim X5 each have their own operating system and my not run this software. The CD should specify which operating system to use.
