GOOD Dealers And Experiences

I just made my way through all 12 pages! It's really great to hear positive comments about so many Dealers.

I have been treated really well at House of Harley in Milwaukee, but must say that we seem to be fortunate here in that we really have some excellent dealers to choose from.

On a recent trip to St Paul, Mn (by car due to our chiller weather here) the Mrs. and I stopped at HD of Winona and HD of LaCrosse and were treated like old friends at both locations.

Thanks, and my hat's off to every dealer that goes above and beyond treating their customers to exceptional service!

Indianapolis Indiana, Southside Harley Davidson.
I have to say they are good to me when I go in there. I have two other dealers closer to me and I would rather drive by them to Southside. The sales man that sold me my bike a year ago still calls my wife and I by name when we walk in after not being there for months.
I went there last Sunday to buy some things and my total was over 700.00. I asked if I get a discount for spending this much and they gave me 15% off. Saved me 106.00.:D

North Country Harley Augusta, ME
I have been using them for parts etc for years and just bought an 06 Road Glide from them, my first bike purchased from a dealer. I couldn't have been treated any better. They gave me a fair price for my trade and a good price for the Glide. I have been shopping all winter so I had a pretty good idea what prices should be. (you gotta love the internet) After the sale they walked me through all the features and made sure I was comfortable with the alarm, cruise and radio controls etc.

Yellowhead h.d. Edmonton alberta,Canada they felt like family right away.i have never met such a good bunch of poeple.since then my buddy has picked up a bike to and felt the same way.just good people who want you to enjoy what they do.

Lone Wolf H-D, CD'A Idaho did it again. 09 RKC. My wife notice the left saddle bag lid had some air bubbles under the leather and you could see a stripping effect do to poor die coverage, took the bag over to the dealer to show them, Dave agread it was not up to my satisfaction, walk'd arround the Classics on the floor and picked out the best bag and traded me. It is about 80 mile round trip but they are worth it.

With the economy and job markets on the decline, many companies and businesses have decided to cut costs out of necessity. We can witness this amongst national chains as well as our local establishments. Some businesses have unfortunately made decisions which have been detrimental to customer service and quality.

As proud Harley-Davidson enthusiasts, we obviously represent a level of brand loyalty. This fact makes us easy targets for these types of "cut-backs." Even local "stealer-ships" are appearing to fabricate maintenance needs and issues in order to scavenge clientele (more than usual).

I want to hear from others on the board about businesses with which they have experienced increased levels of customer and operational quality. I would rather that my hard earned money reward their commitment to the customer (even if it costs me a few more dollars to do so).

I’ll start by sending kudos to Carolina Harley-Davidson (Bubba). :small3d018:
After a brief shipment mix-up, I received an amazing H-D Leather Jacket (Men’s Enthusiast) (at $100 less than my local “stealer’s” price) via overnight air with Saturday delivery (at NO charge to me). They have earned my repeat business for sure!

I'll always give major kudos to my local HD shop in McHenry, IL. The service manager always says hi to me when I'm in the shop, knows me by name and has always been very helpful when I ask him something, even if it's a dumb question by someone else's standard. All the sales people, the manager, parts dept etc have all been great in regards to customer service.

My dad and brother deal with a HD shop in (lets just say) another part of the upper midwest and while my brother thinks highly of them, my dad won't deal with them at all anymore. And honestly, I've heard more stories like my dad's then my brothers from this place. I wasn't impressed when I went there either.

Just my dos centaros.

I have used HD of Ocean County, NJ and also HD of Wildwood, NJ. Both dealerships are polite, helpful, and interested in serving their customers. I recently had an "on line" experience with Latus HD and was very happy....

I bought from Mobile Bay HD in Mobile, Al. They gave me about $2000.00 more on my trade than I could get anywhere else that I called. The deal was just as we agreed on when I got there to pick up the bike.
