If a guy was going to buy a fuel pak from Vance & Hines and he just installed a K & N filter on his '05 Road King, would he check the "HIGH FLOW" box on the Air Filter part of the Fuel Pak questionaire?

Is it just the replacement element for the stock housing? I would say no also if it is. If it is the taller 2 1/8" replacement #HD0800, then it would be yes.
Sorry to change the subject but can anyone tell me what the difference is between the American Fuelpak and the European version (apparently there is a difference but V&H wont say what it is)?
