Front mirror lights

How do you install front mirror lights to be used as flashers and running lights and also delete the stock turn indicators?The Halrey mirror lights only have two wires, a hot wire and a ground wire. I beleive a third wire for the running light function would be needed to do this. Does anyone have any experience with this?

No experience with those lights but are you sure the mirror isn't ground and the two wires for run and directional lights?

Are you sure they function as running lights too? No directions with them?
