freewheeler handle bar adjustment

I need to adjust the handle bars, and not bothering friends for tips. Here, you all get to the message at your convenience.

I've search youtube.com for "harley davidson freewheeler handlebar adjust" and "harley davidson freewheeler handlebar replace" and have no video on removing switch (those I have found) and cover plate.

Does anyone know the steps, have a written procedures, online manual or video that shows this?
