fouled plugs

So,I'm having huge Fouled plug problems.
I just got my bike out of the shop, for the 3 rd time now and in under a week the plugs are fouled again for the third time and the bike is missing and the exhaust is super rich!
The shop is well respected and I trust their judgement but what the hell did they do to my bike when I brought it in for a tune up????
Engine is strong and only has 15000kms on it, no oil leaks??
I'm pissed , and confused .
What is causing my plugs to foul?
Forgot to add : It's a 2003 lowrider with a stage 1.

A few things can foul plugs, improper plugs or gapping or rich mixture or a weak coil. You have to figure out which one is doing it. From what you say about the exhaust being super rich, I would guess it's the mixture. Was it doing this before the tune up?
