Fork Cap Removal 2003 Duece ???

Is there a trick to remove chrome fork caps on 2003 duece.
I am installing a screaming eagle fork brace.

trick? if your talking about the hex on top of the triple clamp, just undo it, there isnt any spring tension on it as there is another cap under it.

No. They are just pressed on the top of the slider. Just use a flat blade and a small hammer and tap around the bottom of the cap. Probably have to work your way around as much of the "circle as you can get to depending on your screw driver/hammer combo!!
