Just from others here that have commented on this is:

"The only 103" bikes that HD puts out Stock with the SE255's are in the 103" CVO bikes"

I go by the many comments I have read and I do believe this to be right.

I have put the SE 255's in my 96" 09 FLHR and DO like the results.. with TFI and a full stage One.
