H-D do not sell the boots to replace the torn ones on our rear shocks so I did this:
Steering rack boot kit:
		
		
	
	
		
	
Before
		
	
Make sure frame is supported before removing shock:
		
	
Cleaned shock, new boot and old cut off one.
		
	
Make sure oil does not leak from shock absorber.
Perfect fit plastic cable ties fitted:
		
	
Silicone smeared around the bottom:
		
	
Fitted and ready to go:
