only had the bike about 2 months. had aftermarket fuel processor on it which i heard was a no no. only mods is vance and hines straight shots unbaffled and k and n filter. bike was running okay then went into rich mode, now rear cylinder only has some fire. front cylinder no fire at all. with censor most likely did processor take out. cps,map or ecu itself? any suggestions?

Which aftermarket fuel processor? I would convert back to factory stock to see if both cylinders now fire on time. Good chance it will & then just replace/repair piggy back processor.

just cough up the bucks for the SE Race tunner; you will cry when the Visa bill arrives but you smile for the next couple of years. Once set on the dyno it hangs tough. Just make sure the guy running the dyno has more than 3 months experience. While you are at it, put in a bigger air intake before the dyno run; you will be adding it anyway and now will save the second run on the dyno.

I just repaired an 07 nightrain around an week ago and very similar to yours it didnt have fire on either cylinder but I did catch it fire on the rear cylinder a couple of times but had to be stairing to at it closely to see it when it did. The owner had an power commander instailed roughly a year prior and that was the problem I replaced it with another power commander at his request and he was good to go again. Not knocking power commanders but I've of to many of them going bad to recomend one to anyone. They do good if there working. I also like the SERT myself.

Had a power commander on my 04 deuce it was great for about a year then started to cause some problems changed it for a SE race tuner and have never looked back. Out of curiosity I opened up the PC module and found water had got inside.
