Finally got some riding in today

Bought my UC a week ago Thurdsay. Rode all day Friday, out to breakfast Saturday morning, and the rain started at about 10:30.
Rained all week and quit about mid day Friday when a nice cool front moved through central Texas. My buddy on his softail custom was bundled up and I was feeling real good behind the windshield and lower fairing.

Rode with the wife all day today and realized why I went with the Ultra Classic.

Sounds like your getting to know your UC. Glad you like it. I also got some riding in yesterday. It was 47 and cloudy. Not bad. The bike sure runs good in the cold. It's 27 degrees this morning. It's not suppose to rain so I'll try and get in a few more miles today if the sun comes out a little. Good luck with your new bike and ride safe.
