Exhaust system question from new guy

hi .... i ride a 2007 harley softail custom classic, and i am doing some modifications to the exhaust system and would like to know...i have cut the mufflers and pulled out the baffolds and packing, now what do i need to do to keep from messing up electronic system??

Why did you remove the baffles and packing? It will not run as good and the sound will not be a nice one, just loud. FI bikes need back pressure to run right.
