Different frames but the guard may still fit. Reference the part numbers for each and see if they are the same.

I just went to the HD website and looked up engine guards. They list one part number for '97-'08 models, and a different number for '09 and later.

Different...I was going to purchase Linby bars before I added lowers & the 08 & below's different then 09 & newer...mounts are a tad changed for newer frame.

thanks for all the info their was a good deal on ebay on some but wanted to make sure they would work before i bought them.
