EFI Idle problem

Excellent info on the IAC above, thanx!!!

My personal experience with the IAC is that once it gets enough goo in it to interfere with its operation, the cleaning process shown in the video I posted only buys a few month of operation before it has to be done again. After a number of cycles of this cleaning process on my '03 UC, I finally replaced the IAC. That fixed the problem! And it was much easier to do than the book indicates. I did it without taking off the whole intake assembly. Just removed the air cleaner and backing plate and loosened the tank so I could rock it up a bit for a little more room. Voila!!!

TQ,
I would highly recommend re-routing and venting the oily mist to the atmosphere. No more worries and having to clean out the IAC holes.

I re-routed mine and the inners are clean as a whistle and the top of the pistons look like new.
