Ecm fuse blows when run switch on “ON”

So is it fixed now. It still sounds to me like moisture creating a can of worms since it's now changed from ECM to an instrument fuse.

ecm and fuel pump fuse not blowing anymore but now the instrument fuse blows as soon as i turn the ignition to ON position
Unfortunately still trying to figure out what’s causing the issue of all this issue

I’m still leaning towards bare or pinched wire shorting out. If it blows immediately upon putting power to the ignition that indicate a short somewhere. JMHO.

If it's not moisture causing the trouble Jeff's suggestion is a very likely cause.
