Difficulty checking tire pressure on Electra glide

Why is it do darn difficult to check tire pressure on flhtcu? Adding air is even worse. Any suggestions to make this critical maintenance easier? Recommended tools? Thanks

I keep a shorty pencil gauge in my tour pack.

I bought a extension hose that screws onto the tire valve and you fill from the other end. You can check pressure or fill whatever you need to do.
It's about 10 inches long, makes the job pretty easy. I don't recall where I got it but any parts store should have them

Mine is a Milton S-506 tire inflator with pressure gauge,15" hose with dual head air chuck. very accurate.....works for me.

I was picking up a new pressure gauge yesterday at an O'reilly's, they have lots of different styles and models. I ended up buying a Slime digital that works well for my bike and other vehicles, 0-150psi.
