I agree, Mark went above and beyond with me. I ordered some mufflers that went out UPS and got a call from UPS asking what the contents of the package was and how much it should weigh approximately . Ends up someone removed the mufflers and let the box continue on it's journey empty. I called mark and he immediately overnighted another set to me which I got the next day.

Now THATS customer satisfaction.:naughty

I have had several transactions with Chicago Harley and very satisfied with the customer staff. 20% off all the time on all parts and clothing... beats buying at full price locally with another 7 1/4% sales tax on top of that.

I've ordered several times at Adventure HD in OH. It's no problem for them to send stuff to Europe!

They have often stuff for lower prices than others or special discounts and also a lot of parts and clothes on sale.
