Thanks for the response. To answer your question, the truck I have had the most required rotor replacement is a Jeep Grand Cherokee. They had issues with heat- checking their rotors.

I couldn't tell you how many rotors on Jeep's and Chrysler products (except Dodge trucks) I had to replace due to pitting from heat!!

However, car rotors have much higher requirements than rotors on a motorcycle. Car rotors have to deal with 4 times the weight with a lot less open air space than a motorcycle. But the same rules apply with all rotors. As long as they are within specs (thickness, runout etc) you don't need to replace them.
