Bike Cuts out??

My bike was acting like that no codes turned out it was a short in my key fob security would shut down fuel pump momentarily try using second key

I dont have a alarm on mine. But I was talking with my buddy here at work and his 06 FXD started doing the same thing which is quite weird. Im off the last part of htis week so I plan on taking it up to HD for a look see.
