Last spring I needed to replace the battery in my 2015 CVO Limited it would have been my 3rd battery since buying the bike new. The previous battery was the Interstate with a 500 CCA, however it was on back order so I got a Motobatt MBTX30U 450 CCA.
3 months later it was definitely showing it was weak and slow starting so I called the place I got it from, we own a auto repair shop and have been doing business with these guys since early 90's , so I was shocked at the guys response that I had to prove it was a bad battery and not the the bike causing it to go bad.
Last fall I put the battery tender on when I put the bike away for the winter in the heated back storage room.
A few weeks ago when I tried to start the bike all it did was click a few times, all winter with a battery tender and it only has 6 volts.

This is the battery and I would recommend never to buy it .
I was able to order the Interstate GYZ32HL 500 CCA and got within a few days.
Tried to follow the replacement procedure with deactivating the alarm, power on, remove main fuse, power off then remove the battery. But because the main battery was so low soon as I turned the power on the siren went off. As it was screaming I located new fob batteries and replaced both fob batteries but that didn't reset the alarm.
I ended up using ear protectors disconnected the main battery and let the siren blast until it's battery drained.
Installed the new Interstate battery, powered the bike on, install main fuse, power off than on , started the bike and everything is back to normal.
