have harley charger/maintainer .when pluged in yellow light blinks all the time.battery is two weeks old.

It should go green when fully charged.
It may take an overnight charge time.
These are a slow charge battery voltage maintainer.

If battery is not close to full charge, it may take a whole 24 hrs to reach full charge and turn green. They only charge at 750ma -1.5 volt so they can take a while. Mine is a deltran battery tender junior 750ma and it will take 1/2 to 1 hour to turn green after I get home from riding and plug it back in. I keep mine plugged in year round, my battery in my heritage lasted 8 years.

Check the connections to the battery and if you use the pigtail see if its fully plugged in to the connector. I had a problem once with mine I had to clean the connector worked fine after that.

If I remember correctly when charging it should be a solid yellow, flashing means there is a issue with the tender or the battery.

Sounds like the tender is toast.

don't forget the basics. had a blown fuse.

I had that happen to me, I blew a fuse in mine when I started the bike with it still plugged in. I think it was a small fuse like 2.5 amp.
