hey all, just getting my head around the site,
so much good stuff, so little time :)


Canadian guy,

I ride in Spain, based in Alicante, but i also hop
back and forth to Slovakia.

Anyone else anywhere near me ??

Rain...what's that, the weather forecasts here are for Malaga province are not very accurate, between Malaga capital and Fuengirola along the costa del sol there is what is referred to as a micro-climate, we had approximately only 15 day's of rain last year, but when it does ran it really falls hard.

I rode out to the Ronda mountains yesterday, forecast in Malaga rain, did it rain yes in Ronda, I was 20km out in the Sierra de las Nieves when I decided to do an about turn after I got hit by just two rain drops, one between the eyes and one on my petrol tank, I was horrified, the temperature was about 57F and I was in a T shirt...:p
10km from Malaga it was a lovely warm & sunny 75F...:D

will be riding around May 15th from Alicante up the coast to France,
sadly it's a one way trip, as I will be moving to Italy.

Shame you guys dont live on the way, coulda stopped in for
coffee on the way out.
