Anyone having this problem?

Ok,Got a Oil pressure sending unit cover kit. HD part #66218-01 I have replaced it 3 times now.I know I know what your thinking why he keep replacing it. I like Chrome (smiles). I just had the motor mounts checked and shocks. the previous 2 both broke in exactly the same way and place. Amy ideas other than leave it off. Am attaching a pic. Has anyone else had this problem? if so what is the solution.

Try some rubber or memory foam inside cover.
