I was just cleaning my bike. It is old and most of the black paint peeled off the engine. The only area I still have covered in black is inner primary, and even there its peeling off. Anyway, I was cleaning some spots on the motor with NevrDull and accidentally ran it over the black part of the inner primary and the result was amazing. It cleaned all dirt out of it and instead of looking just flat black it is back to looking wrinkle black, the way it suppose to. Just don't forget to wipe it off with a microfiber towel.
