spoke with wrench friend back home and he suggested going back to 195 main jet and 45 pilot jet with playing with the mixture screw. Thanks again for all your advice and help!!
Did what Glider suggested: 175 main and 44 pilot jet---nearly 3 turns out for mixture screw and bike runs tops! Did the 3rd gear test and it was fine. Thanks to all and specially Glider.
