Actual power consumption has to be calculated or measured. There are some "AC-DC clamp on current meters that are available, but honestly don't know how you would read it while riding.
You would need an board datalogger like many of the factory racing mechanics use, when campaigning a racing. These days they are so sophisticated that can calculate RPM at every stage of a race track, so fuel mileage and lap times can be reduced to the absolute minimum, extracted from the telemetry picked up in the pits.
