I have a 2009 Crossbones, it is from the States, and it has only the lights as the HD alarm. I was given the unit from a 2008 FLHTC, which is from the UK, and it has the horn plus lights. My question is can I install this new one, just plug it in and thats it or do I need to program something? Also where does it go on a softtail, someone said under the seat but there isn't any room. Hate to take it to the dealer when I'm sure I can do it my self, but the service manual shows nothing about it.
