Advanced Audio Problem

I have a 2010 EG Ultra Limited W/Harman Kardon Advanced Audio System. I discovered that mute isn't really total mute, I can still hear low volume sound through my headset. Just installed the latest firmware, but no change. Is this normal? Does anyone know of a fix or have any suggestions.

Became aware of the same issue. had the dealer check a couple of other bike...."normal" is what we found.
