Accessory Switch

was just wondering if anyone can tell me what the hot wire and the ground wire colors are on the accesory switch by the headlight. wanting to hook some led lights to it. also if you turn that on do you have to have the ignition switch on? I would like the lights to stay on without having power going to everything else. And by the way it is a 2003 road king.
