My 99 EFI has run super until recently he seems to be running real rich. when I start it cold it ldles up for a minute then comes down perfect. if I shut it off and start again it runs real rough and blows blk smoke. we set the TPI to .275 V and replaced AT sensor and gasket. injectors don't seem to be leaking. air cleaner is clean Bike is all stock. after 2 or 3 hundred miles the plugs foul out. The bike is 100K bike but dealer says it's still pretty tight. Any ideas?
