Good deal Zman700, rubber parts do not hold up well with age, so if the bike was setup right and things degraded to this, accumulated dirt or debris in the fueling is common and of course those hoses oft times hidden from view deteriorate with tiny hairline cracks,brittle from heat and deterioration from UV/Smog/Ozone even if garaged (electric motors...water heaters, appliances all generate ozone).
