883 to 1200 conversion gone bad???

Thanks Chopper. This isn't a very good pic but will give you an idea where this crack has occured. It is about 7/8" long and goes through the group of holes behind the idle mixture hole. It is alittle odd that this only affected mentioned rpms. As far as the statement I had made about this thing being fine before the conversion, there is no way that it was, just never tested at these rpms. Thanks to all who had input regarding this issue. Let me know if this link doesnt work.
