G glider Veteran Member Oct 3, 2011 #2 Could be a bad battery in the FOB or possibly interference from something electrical nearby.

One other thing to consider with respect to interference; a cell phone nearby or on you can also cause keyfob failure if the two devices are in close proximity. I read this somewhere.
