I'm having issues with the engine stalling out after riding for 15 -20 min on a hot day. By a hot day we're talking 100 deg or more. After it stalls it will start but stalls again with in a minute. On cool days it runs fine. I've taken it to Harley and they don't have any ideas about why it's doing it. Does any one here have some ideas?

We need some more info.

Does it only do it when riding or will it stall out if you're just sitting there idling?

When it happens, are you accelerating, cruising, decelerating?

Have you done any recent maintenance or mods to the bike?

Almost sounds like the old "vapor lock" days where fuel lines collapse in the heat. Your bike's not carb, but might want to make sure all the fuel lines are in good shape + did they check the pump (pressure)?

After the first time it stalls it will do it just sitting there. If you let it sit for 30 min and let it cool off it starts fine but will stall out after a min or two. I have not made any mods to it. The mechanic at Harley said he let it run for awhile but it seemed fine to him. But it has not been 100 deg or more here for a few days.
