I got a home for the '66

Well it was the rotor it was stripped but it will be getting a new stator and regulator along with some seals. Should get it back tomorrow

Good to hear you got it figured out. Are you doing the SE upgrade?

Glad you figured it out. The splines on the rotor getting stripped out is usually from the compensator nut being to loose and allowing it to wobble around. How about some pics of the '66 and the '03. We like pics.

That's exactly what happened to me 3 years ago. The comp nut wouldn't hold it's torque value and tore up the rotor. 1500.00 dollars later (covered by extended warranty) everything was replaced except the clutch basket. While they were in there I added the auto chain adjusters and all is well so far.:s
