Uhh... a 2000 EVO? Are you sure? Has the motor been changed? I thought the last year of the EVO's were 98-99

Welcome to The Forum, so is the bike titled as an HD or a recon title or Custom, what kind of tranny do you have?

it is titled as a custom. 5 speed tranny. belt drives ltd dry primary 2" drive with a 1 5/8 belt.

Do you know who built it? It could have a Harley trans or Baker, ultima or several others.

Also I am trying to find out if there is a washer between the seal and the cover that has the magnets and then a washer between the cover and the main drive pulley.

Your original post was for the mainshaft seal, this would be the seal on the transmission mainshaft. There is a seal after the trans main bearing and one on the outside of the innerprimary case. There is an O ring that forms the seal behind the stator.
