2000 Dyna Solid Turn Signal

So got my Dyna back up and running and she’s running great!

The only issue I have is this:

Previous owner put LEDs in front and rear turn signals. Left side is perfect. When I put on my right side turn signal, it’s just solid on front and rear, and on the indicator panel.

when I bought the bike it came with a Badlands load equalizer that was not installed. Do I need it, and how/where do I install it?

For reference this is not the plug and play badlands, it is the 4 wire (purple, brown, red, and ground)

If I remember correctly from posts in the past an equalizer is needed, not sure of how to connect but someone will chime in.

Jeff is correct in what he said.
I googled it and came up with 2 videos.
Have a look at them and see if it helps you.
