I have 2000 electric. Glide classic. All codes shoe CLR but engine light stays on bike runs good. What is the problem

Are you reading the codes in the odometer section of your speedo? If so then those are codes for the speedo and not engine codes. See the above post and look in the archives for the way to check your engine codes.
