The 103 in my 2008 FLHTP was stock. It is standard on all police models. My fuel mpg is 35-38 at its best.

I've got an 07 FLHP 103 (Road King) w/Rhinehart true duels, PC-#3, and K&N air filter. My mileage is pretty much the same. Tracy
