Very good read Capital Jack. The bike in my avitar has a 40 deg. rake with 6 or 7 deg rake in the trees,just to decrease the Flop. Originally it had a 9" over Springer, a lot of flop and I didn't like the spring action plus bouncing up and down at highway speeds. The bouncing was from roads not tires. I switched it to a glide front end, 11" over,41 mm, and am much happier. Still have the bike and ride it.
