I've never thought about it until reading the service manual an hour ago...Is there a noticeable difference from running 87 to 93?

I have noticed a temperature difference (running a little cooler) when I use ethanol free 93 octane. It's a 18 mile ride to fetch it, but it's all I try to use now.

I always use 93,its a switch for me.Because in my cars and trucks,i only use 87

I always make sure the first and last tank of the season are non-ethanol 93 premium. Other than that, whatever's in the premium spigot.

Me either. Always used 87 for years in previous bike. Guess it may be worth upgrading.

I would use 91 since that is what my HD manual says, but everyone around here seems to have 87-89-93....so 93 it is.
