Didn't buy the bike there. (2014 FLHXS) but had several people tell me how great they are over local dealer. Took bike in at 18,000 miles to get back tire put on, told him front heat shield was broken and he fixed this uner warranty. After tire was replaced Brandon told me a bearing in the transmission was going bad and they would fix this under warranty. I now go to this dealer for all my needs even though it is 40 miles futher than my local dealer. Always get a call a day or two after any service asking if everyting is ok. I like that.
