I am having trouble with my Zumo, I can not get it to respond to any touch commands. Anyone have any help suggestions. Thanks

Mine quite responding once. I shut it off, disconnected the power supply, waited a few minutes then reattached the cord and powered up. It worked fine then. Not sure why, it just did.

Try re-calibration (in manual).

Thanks guys, I have tried all of the above. My buddies Zumo did the same thing he sent it in and I think that I will also have to send it away.

I have a different model Garmin, but it did the same thing. I called the Tech Support number in the owner's manual and they had me up and running in a minute or two. There is a reset method in the manual, but there is another one not listed that they had me perform that did the trick. Give it a shot.
