Zanottis HD Possibly the best parts dealer

Last febuary I bought the harley signature series solo seat from them and love the seat but it had a fitment issue with my 08 and I worked that out myself but the 2 weeks ago the slider knob that locks the backrest in fell off.
So I went to a local dealer and they treated me like I had the plaige since I bought it elsewere so I left dissgusted and emailed Zanotti's with the broken part number and they are sending a new one to me free of charge.
Now thats customer service!
Thank you Zanotti's you will allways have my bussiness.
As for the western washington dealers I would not even buy a spark plug from you people.

sad we have to hunt for a good dealer they are retailers [customers] is always rite or at least treat him like he is your last customer & fellow biker, locally i do not think any of the parts guys ride, out of 25 employees 3 bikes out in employee parking lot..
