wheel bearing sizes

hi folks, this is my first tech question of many , a have a 2000 plate xl1200c sporster with the 3/4 rear axle, i bought a rear custom wheel which i believe was off an 07 sporster with no bearings fitted when i bought it, does anyone have the bearing sizes for the 3/4 axle to an 07 plate rear wheel and should there be seals fitted?

Welcome smudger, Harley sells the wheel installation kit, it just two bearings with the proper center spacer, you can go to there on-line catalog and check them out. I don't know if the center spacer is the same for 00 & 07 so the kit would cover it.
