got to thinking again (it hurts when i do that) we have a thread for killer recipes. but thought it might be good to actually see what we are putting on the pit....so here goes the before pic. yep pork again i felt bad for not having an after photo on the last one, we kind of ate it too quick...

nope just really slow...and not because of Gator-aid

Well whatever sauce you drink while cooking, it sure seems to work well.......awesome. I lean towards sloooooooooooooowwwwww cooking times myself

i make up a simple rub using garlic powder, cajun spice and a pork shake (like Montreal steak spice)

simple but goooooood
