I do a lot of reading here and it is a good thing I see more members welcoming new members, this is a good step in the right direction for any Forum looking to retain members and encourage new members to feel welcomed and come back and become a long time member of the community(Remember how you were greeted when you first logged on) JMO:s

Is there a recommendation made when a new member joins to introduce one self. I have never seen so many intro's.
