have a sportster 833 2009

while riding I have strong vibration in the handlebar, some times my fingers become sleepy is this vibrations are normal?

Some vibration is normal, but for how you describe, that seems to be an aweful lot. Have you checked all of your motor mounts and stuff like that to make sure that they are tight?
